She has spent two decades studying human behavior at the intersection of leadership and authentic living, especially when the going gets hard. A meaning maker and story crafter, Sheila brings a unique blend of insight, humor, and fascination with the human condition—whether she’s keynoting, coaching, or building bridges across diverse groups to spark transformation. She draws on both her legal mind and artistic inclinations to elicit the best thinking and deepest wisdom in those she meets.

Based in Seattle, Washington, Sheila is also the mother of two young adult daughters who keep her attentive to the career world they are now stepping into.
