Dr. Vic, a.k.a Victor Porak de Varna, is a pioneer and thought leader in the field of human energy, potential, and relationships. An expert profiler with over 20 years of experience, he is a trusted advisor to Fortune Global companies and leaders in the fields of human capital, talent management, change management, and energy profiling; supporting business organizations, leadership teams, and individuals with relationships, communications, talent management, leadership potential as well as energy transformation initiatives.

Founder and CEO of The Energy Paradigm, Dr. Vic specializes in helping individuals, teams, and leadership organizations access and manage the core energies that drive their relationships, motivation, engagement, focus, performance, and success. Dr. Vic has helped countless individuals energetically transform their lives. With consulting experience in 20+ industries, he has successfully implemented change, people, and energy transformation programs in global organizations such as Air Liquide, British Telecom, Credit Suisse, Lufthansa, Marriott, Schindler, Swiss Re, Swisscom, T-Systems, Tomra, Vestas and Zurich.

With a Ph.D. in Media and Communications and a Masters in Information and Technology Management from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, as well as extensive training in Eastern approaches, Dr. Vic bridges the gap between physical and energetic worlds. One of his academic highlights was working alongside Nobel Laureate Dr. Vernon L. Smith at George Mason University. Working with clients around the globe, Dr. Vic discovered time and again that there is more to business, life and people than readily meets the eye; that a new lens, different perspective, and new paradigm are needed to access the energetic side of people, teams, and organizations to elevate untapped potential to the level of possibility.

A personal audience with His Holiness The Dalai Lama has reinforced the way forward for Dr. Vic as the way of the heart, of compassion, of kindness, of inclusion, potential, and humanity. His personal mission and guiding light is to help improve lives across the globe – one individual, one team, one organization at a time. As a trained classical pianist, he has performed public concerts and has attended a Piano Master Class at Moscow Conservatory. Additionally, he has studied various forms of martial arts and is a yoga teacher. Dr. Vic is fluent in French, Spanish, and German. He lives in Colorado with his wife and two daughters.
