After devoting 15 years to higher education, Chery felt the calling to follow her passion. She's combined her love of academics with personal and spiritual growth and founded Grit and Grace Meditation, LLC. After facing several traumatic and life-altering events, in search of answers, she found a sense of purpose and meaning through the practice of yoga and meditation. The teachings served as an anchor and healing modality that created a deep and radical shift physically, spiritually, and emotionally. This shift in perspective inspired me to create a space for sharing what I’ve learned with others. My goal is to encourage people to build a greater sense of inner peace and self-awareness and to help people live their best life one breath at a time.
