I’ve spent a good chunk of my life looking for a way out of my pain, suffering, anger, and grief.

ONE THING I’VE LEARNED IN THIS PROCESS IS THAT THE ONLY WAY OUT IS THROUGH.

For as long as I could remember, I felt like a dark cloud was following me. I hid my pain, constantly betraying myself in an attempt to fit-in, play it safe, and not overwhelm those around me.

My connection with life and other people felt flat and joyless. I wanted so much more for myself, but life always felt like a never-ending struggle.

I did all of the things we’re supposed to do when we’re unhappy.  I went to therapy, read self-help books, did detoxes. These things helped, but I still felt emotionally stuck. I couldn't make any sustainable change and couldn’t get to the root of how and why I felt so miserable. It was like putting a band-aid over a wound that kept reopening.

Breathwork helped me spark a connection to myself I’d never felt before.

IT WAS EQUAL PARTS MAGIC, RELIEF, AND BLISS.

IT FELT LIKE A HUGE WEIGHT WAS LIFTED OFF OF ME.

THIS WAS THE HOMECOMING I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR.

I’d never felt so present in my body, so awake, or so aware. The feeling was profound, unlike anything I’d ever experienced. I was hooked. For the first time in my life, I felt like things could actually get better, and since I’ve started breathwork they absolutely have. Breathwork has been the vehicle to help me decondition, process, and connect the dots on where the pain in my life has rooted from. It is an ongoing practice, but using the wisdom of my body, my breath, and my connection to the universe has helped me look inward and recognize the

JOYFUL POTENTIAL ON THE OTHER SIDE OF PAIN.

As much as we want them to, the wounds we carry don’t just go away. They must be felt in order to be healed. This work is the medicine.

They asked her, “What is the key to saving the world?”

She answered, “You. You are the key. Heal yourself, know yourself, make yourself whole and free. Release all limits so that your love can flow unconditionally for yourself and the world, this will open the heaven of your heart completely and it will guide you without fail.”
